Job summary

Madison-Beach-Hotel in Madison, CT, a beachfront luxury resort, is seeking an experienced bartender to serve guests and support a high-volume bar.

You will craft cocktails, beer, spirits and wine to the resort's standards, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and collaborate with floor staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• 3 years of bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Love serving guests in a luxury beachfront resort.
• Meticulously prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes.
• Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately into the POS system.
• Create memorable dining experiences to the guests of the bar, while maintaining a quick and efficient service bar to floor staff.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Other Qualifications

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
