Join our team as a Bartender, a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of our full service casual fine dining venues at Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more.

• Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $17.00 per hour.

How you will make an impact

• Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service.
• Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
