Job summary

Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Lakewood Ranch, FL is hiring Dish/Utility Workers to keep on-site dining venues running smoothly as part of our grand opening. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour, with benefits, PTO and a 30% discount on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• AHCA Level 2 background screening required prior to start of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE).

Our Dish/Utility Workers will play a critical role in the grand opening of our full service on-site dining venues at Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more.

• Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $15.00 per hour.
