Erickson Senior Living's Emerson Lakes in Lakewood Ranch, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services to lead a new full-service casual fine dining concept. You will oversee dining room and café operations, manage a talented team, ensure service standards, and drive efficient kitchen and catering activities during the grand opening.

The role requires 3+ years in dining management, weekend/holiday availability, and ability to supervise multiple venues and large teams.

• 3+ years in dining room management, service, and sanitation (dietetics substitution up to 1 year possible).

Join our team as an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services, a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of our full-service on-site casual fine dining venues at Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. In this role you'll lead a talented team of professionals, oversee dining room and café operations, and support all aspects of mealtime service. You'll ensure the overall efficiency of the kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering areas, making a meaningful impact while advancing your career with us.

Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. How You Will Make An Impact

• Oversee the scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all employees in the restaurant, café, and supervisory positions.
• Ensure that food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets established standards.
• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
• Ensure that dining staff complies with safety regulations and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in programs and activities designed to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation (up to 1 year of dietetics experience may be substituted) required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and manage large teams
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
