Job summary

Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Bartender! In this role, you’ll craft and serve cocktails, take food orders, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating a positive experience for guests, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $15/hr

How you will make an impact

Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service. Become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons. Take food and beverage orders and process payments. Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.

What you will need

• Meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
• T.I.P.s or ServSafe Alcohol preferred (Training must be completed with 90 days of commencing employment unless the state requires earlier)
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
