Emerson Lakes by Erickson Senior Living in Lakewood Ranch, FL, seeks a Bartender to support the grand opening of its full service casual fine dining venues. You will craft cocktails, take orders, and deliver exceptional guest service in a premium continuing care community.

The role requires flexible scheduling, food and beverage service skills, and compliance with state alcohol rules. Training in ServSafe Alcohol is preferred and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Meet the state's age requirement for serving alcohol.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• TIPs or ServSafe Alcohol preferred with training within 90 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons.
• Take food and beverage orders and process payments.
• Replenish and prepare supplies as needed.
