Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Emerson Lakes is opening new on-site dining venues in Lakewood Ranch, FL. We are seeking a friendly Cashier to manage transactions, greet residents, and maintain food and supply freshness.

You will handle cash and credit card transactions, complete accounting paperwork, and ensure a clean dining area while upholding health and sanitation standards. This role offers competitive hourly pay starting at $15.00, a 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition assistance, and employee

Join our team as a Cashier, a dynamic, driven professional who will play a critical role in the grand opening of our brand new on-site dining venues at Emerson Lakes, one of Erickson Senior Living’s most anticipated new communities in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, Florida. In this role you will provide excellent customer service by managing transactions, greeting and assisting patrons, and ensuring the freshness of food and supplies. You will also handle daily accounting and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

Emerson Lakes will be a premier, state-of-the-art continuing care retirement community designed to serve more than 1,500 residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. This gated community will feature an impressive array of amenities, including multiple restaurants, a stunning outdoor swimming pool, a cutting-edge fitness center, an onsite medical center, and much more.

What you will need

• Previous experience as a cashier is preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to safely lift and/or move, using designated safety equipment, objects weighing up to 25 pounds
