What You’ll Do

• Prepare beverages ordered through point-of-sale system.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serve wine and draught or bottled beer, prepare espresso drinks to order.
• Perform inventory, turn orders to the manager to maintain inventory par levels, stock and prepare product for the bar.
• Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Learn menu items and daily specials.
• Work the floor in bar and lounge.
• Set lounge for service.
