Alyeska Resort in Alaska is seeking energetic cooks to join our team and help deliver high-quality dishes to guests. You will prepare fresh ingredients, cook and plate with care, and follow recipes to ensure consistency.

What You’ll Do

• As a Cook 2 or Cook 3, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing fresh ingredients including meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Cooking and plating dishes to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Following recipes to ensure consistency and accommodating dietary requests.
• Managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and maintaining proper food storage.
• Keeping the kitchen clean and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
