Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functionality from sales to operations, driving revenue and exceptional service. You will lead a team, manage instructors, coordinate vendors, and supervise sales reps.

The role requires strong sales experience, leadership, and a passion for fitness. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected in this fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Membership and retail sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supervise Sales Representatives.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in gym management software and POS for revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations.
• Make decisions related to high level customer service.
