Job summary

Pure Barre is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functionality from sales to operations, driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This role interacts with clients daily to build a supportive, meaningful community.

Responsibilities include lead generation, training Sales Reps, managing staff schedules, inventory control, vendor coordination, and ensuring top service levels across memberships and retail. Initial training in California is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Membership and retail sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors to stock inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Supervise Sales Representatives and instructors.
• Proficiency with gym management software and POS for revenue/attendance reports.
• Enforce studio policies and ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and promotions.
• Travel to California for initial training.
