Job summary

Pure Barre seeks a General Manager to oversee studio functionality, from sales to daily operations, for our luxury fitness brand. You will drive memberships, manage staff, coordinate instructors, and ensure a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities include lead generation, sales process implementation, vendor coordination, and marketing campaigns to generate studio leads. Travel to California for initial training may be required; strong organizational and communication skills are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail.
• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Membership and retail sales.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Representatives.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio and ensure proper staffing.
• Proficiency in gym management software and POS for revenue/attendance reports.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
