Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Preferred: restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day.
• Hand‑crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other role the shift calls for, ready to take on tasks as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash‑handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well‑stocked, meeting Caribou's standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or a teammate and acts on it before being asked.
