No prior experience is required, but a passion for coffee and hospitality is essential. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, take on multiple roles as needed, and contribute to a welcoming shop culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during shifts.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer, following safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per operating standards.
• Anticipates needs of guests and teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes recommendations grounded in product knowledge, not scripts.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
