Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and ensures a positive guest experience.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, adapting to Guest preferences.
• Move between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer following safety and cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked to Caribou’s quality and safety standards.
