Job summary

Caribou Coffee in New Berlin, WI is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, craft beverages, and support store operations. You will engage with guests, recommend products, handle orders and payments, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests.
• Hands-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves food offerings per SOPs.
• Takes guest orders & manages cash drawer and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards.
• Brings the Caribou Core Values to life in all interactions.
