Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and active listening.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customized to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or teammate and acts proactively.
• Makes recommendations grounded in real product knowledge.
• Knows when to escalate to a leader and asks for support accordingly.
• Shows up on time with reliable attendance.
