Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates what's needed next for a Guest or teammate and acts promptly.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge.
• Knows when to escalate to a leader and asks for support accordingly.
