Job summary

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and shows initiative.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections, active listening, personal attention, and the small moments that make someone's day.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other role as needed, taking on tasks as required.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked, meeting operating standards for quality and safety.
• Anticipates what’s needed next for a Guest or teammate and acts before being asked.
