Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee is seeking friendly, energetic baristas in a casual, fast-paced cafe environment. You’ll deliver fast, genuine service, know our coffee and food offerings, and prepare drinks to standard recipes.

You’ll work across cafe stations, including kitchens, with a team that values fun and connection. This role requires about 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with base pay of $15.00 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and able to work 22 hours each week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions including working in kitchens to make food to order.
• Keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates.
