Compensation

Base pay is $15.15 per hour.

• In addition to base pay, team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed, our customers regularly reward us with generous gratuities for the service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day. Average tips reflect 2024 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions – our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable, including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
• Keep our spaces clean, safe, and always ready for guests and teammates.
• Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
