Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — cross-trained and adaptable including kitchen food prep
• Keep spaces clean and safe for guests and teammates
• Produce items to standard recipe specifications
• Stock ingredients for each station
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
