Better Buzz Coffee is hiring a barista who thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment and loves making connections with guests. You will deliver the Better Buzz experience, learn our coffee, tea, and food program, and work across café stations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable and punctual, available nights, weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions - cross-trained and adaptable, including kitchen duties.
• Keep spaces clean, safe — always ready for guests and teammates.
• Produce proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock all necessary ingredients for each station.

Compensation

Base pay is $20.00 per hour + tips

• Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
