Job summary

Food City is hiring a Starbucks customer service associate to create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean, comfortable environment.

You will take orders, prepare and stock beverages, follow recipes, handle POS transactions, and support a friendly, safe store culture while attending on-site shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in food service or coffee is a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn and follow recipes for beverages.
• On-site availability for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service and maintain a clean Starbucks environment.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products.
• Handle cash transactions with the POS system.
• Maintain positive attitude and promote Food City and Starbucks culture.
• Follow safety procedures and food safety program.
• Attend on-site work as scheduled.
• Engage with customers, upsell products and samples.
