Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Learn how to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products.
• Learn the ingredients that go into various products.
• Work with Starbucks ingredients including coffees, teas, spices, and flavorings.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service at all times.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a friendly attitude toward customers and associates.
• Engage with customers to provide product information and sampling where appropriate.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
