Food City is seeking a Starbucks experience associate to deliver prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming shopping environment. You will take orders, prepare and stock products, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will engage with customers, share product information, and use suggestive selling while processing transactions on the POS. Adherence to recipes, safety, and attendance policies is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or currently in school.
• Food service/coffee experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn to mix a wide variety of coffee and tea products.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform routine tasks.

Responsabilités

• Take orders, complete them timely, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, bag, pour, and stock Starbucks products; rotate items for quality and safety.
