Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Must present an image of excitement and professionalism.
• Must possess basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to balance cash drawer.
• Must have 10-key adding machine experience.
• Must be detail oriented and have good guest service skills.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Quotes accurate waiting times and manages waiting guests per service standards.
