The role requires effective English communication, basic math, and the ability to balance cash drawers, with a willingness to work in a smoking environment and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in high-volume food service.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Must present an image of excitement and professional appearance.
• Must possess basic math skills to balance cash drawer.
• Must have 10-key adding machine experience.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a smoking environment.
• Must lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive atmosphere.
• Mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Provide information on Hard Rock services and facilities to guests.
• Quote accurate waiting times and manage waiting guests.
• Pickup, countdown and return cash bank as required.
• Maintain accurate cash balance and handle money securely.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness including bussing tables and sweeping.
• Attend and participate in meetings and follow up on actions.
• Perform work regularly and predictably.
• Other duties as assigned.
