Job summary

OR Coffee Roasters is seeking an experienced professional to lead the OR Academy and support hospitality partners across Belgium. You will train staff, troubleshoot coffee concepts, and install grinders, Puqpress, and machines to ensure a smooth start.

The role combines on-site client visits with collaboration alongside Sales, requiring flexibility, a valid B-license, and a passion for delivering excellent service. A company car is provided along with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Solid, demonstrable experience as a barista in hospitality and in delivering trainings.
• Technical affinity with grinders and coffee machines.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Holder of a valid driver's license (category B).

Responsibilities

• OR Academy management: develop and deliver high-quality barista trainings for individuals, professionals and staff.
• Customer success management (with Sales): visit hospitality clients on site to support their coffee concept, train staff and resolve issues.
• Installations & onboarding (with Sales): install and calibrate equipment and ensure the floor team is ready for a perfect start.
