Job summary

OR Coffee Roasters is seeking an experienced professional to lead the OR Academy and support hospitality partners across Belgium. You will train staff, troubleshoot coffee concepts, and install grinders, Puqpress, and machines to ensure a smooth start.

The role combines on-site client visits with collaboration alongside Sales, requiring flexibility, a valid B-license, and a passion for delivering excellent service. A company car is provided along with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Solid, demonstrable experience as a barista in hospitality and in delivering trainings.
• Technical affinity with grinders and coffee machines.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Holder of a valid driver's license (category B).

Are you an experienced barista with a passion for passing on your craft? Do you dream of training the next generation of baristas while also helping our hospitality partners raise their game?

At OR Coffee Roasters, we're looking for a driven OR Academy & Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team. In this varied role, you'll be the face of the OR Academy and work closely with our Sales Managers to give our business clients the best possible support.

Your responsibilities

OR Academy management: You lead the OR Academy. You develop and deliver high-quality barista trainings for individuals, professionals, and our own staff.

Customer success management (with Sales): Alongside our Sales Managers, you visit hospitality clients on site to strengthen their coffee concept. You train their staff, solve coffee-related issues, and help fine-tune grinders and recipes.

Installations & onboarding (with Sales): When the sales team brings in or launches new clients, you handle the technical side. You install and calibrate equipment (such as grinders, the Puqpress, and coffee machines) and make sure the floor team is fully ready for a perfect start.

Your profile

Experience: Solid, demonstrable experience as a barista, both in hospitality and in delivering barista trainings.

Technical affinity: You know your way around grinders and coffee machines inside and out (or you pick this up fast).

Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, so you can properly support our diverse client base across all of Belgium.

Mobility & flexibility: You hold a valid driver's license (category B). No 9 to 5 mentality; you're flexible and enjoy being out on the road.

Customer and team oriented: A natural host who thinks commercially and communicates smoothly with the sales team and our clients.
