Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Barback - Fine Dining for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. You will support the bar team, prepare the bar area, and ensure smooth service for high-volume dining and events.

Qualifications

• Legal age to serve alcohol required.
• Prior hospitality service experience preferred.
• Must be open to learning and adapt to a high-volume, upscale setting.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies including liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware and other items.
• Set up bar area before service; organize bottles, glasses and utensils; assist with breakdown.
• Support bartenders during peak hours by fetching items and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Interact with guests professionally and address inquiries and requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety, sanitation standards and alcohol service regulations.
