Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Barback - Fine Dining to support a high-volume bar operation within the Pier Top. You will restock, prepare, and maintain the bar area while assisting bartenders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• TIPS certification or certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• Current Food Handlers card is required.
• Prior bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Restock bar supplies and keep the bar area organized.
• Prepare the bar before service and assist in setup and cleanup.
• Support bartenders during peak hours by fetching items and maintaining cleanliness.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and provide friendly, professional service.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
