CoralTree Hospitality's Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Bartender to join our luxury service team. Reporting to the outlet General Manager, you will deliver personalized service, master mixology, and create memorable experiences for guests in a dynamic, upscale environment.

This role requires passion for cocktails, strong knowledge of wines and beers, English fluency, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ bartending in luxury venues.
• Passion for mixology and guest service.
• English proficiency reading/writing.
• Availability for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of drinks, brands, and garnishes.
• Greet guests and personalize service.
• Serve beverages with proper pours and guidelines.
• Coordinate bar with kitchen and service team.
• Enter orders into POS and process payments accurately.
• Restock to par levels; report shortages.
• Promote a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
