The ideal candidate blends passion for mixology with knowledge of wines and beers, stands for long periods, and upholds five-star standards while collaborating with the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual.
• Sommelier certification preferred.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Ability to implement and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for guests.
• Assess guest needs and provide personalized cocktail recommendations.
• Stock and maintain bar area per resort standards.
• Provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training for professional development.
• Serve food courses and drinks to guests at the bar.
• Follow bar setup, garnishes, and portion control per recipes.
