Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking energetic hospitality staff to support bar and dining service at our airport locations. You will assist bartenders and servers, keep the bar area clean, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences to travelers.

Ideal candidates demonstrate hospitality experience, strong communication, and a teamwork mindset, with a commitment to safety and sanitation standards. This is an on-site restaurant/bar position within a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualifications

• Applicant should have experience in hospitality or food service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Commitment to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean bar and dining areas according to standards.
• Assist bartenders and servers with beverage prep and service.
• Restock supplies and keep inventory records to aid reordering.
• Operate POS to place orders, open tabs, and process payments.
• Ensure alcohol service is responsible and compliant with policies.
• Support guests to create first-class experiences for travelers.

How you can Make a Difference

• Working for Paradies Lagardère provides you with the opportunity to create a meaningful and positive impact on your community and the environment.
• Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
• Collect empty bottles and glasses.
• Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
• Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
• Refill ice bins.
• Remove trash and wipe down drink spills.
• Ensure bar area is stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process. Ensure delivered items are stored and secured properly.
• Must go above and beyond for guests and other team members.
• Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and mopping.
• Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety.
• Knowledgeable about menu items and cocktail recipes, preparing drinks to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods.
• Use point-of-sale system to accurately place orders, open tabs, and process payments to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
