Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes drink and food orders, and explains menu items to drive additional sales.
• Create a lasting first and last impression.
• Engages with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check guests' IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wines, and food; knowledge of menu required.
• Attention to detail with drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Prepare garnishes and fruit for cocktails.
• Process transactions via POS; ensure accurate cash/credit/debit handling.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
• Stock and clean glassware using glass washer and sanitizer.
• Perform opening and closing side work as directed.
• Deliver first-class experiences to travelers.

• Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
• Stocks and cleans glassware through the operation and maintenance of the glass washer and sanitizer.
• Performs opening and closing side work, as directed.
