Job summary

Paradies Lagardère operates award-winning airport concessions and is seeking energetic team members for on-site bar and dining roles in Palm Springs, CA. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide menu information while delivering high-quality cocktails, beers, wines, and food with attention to detail.

You will handle transactions via POS, ensure compliance with alcohol policies, and maintain a clean, stocked bar in a fast-paced environment for our traveling customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Ability to upsell menu items and provide information on offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take drink and food orders, and provide information about items.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wines, and food with knowledge of menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized bar and stock glassware and supplies.
• Accurately process transactions through the POS system.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and follow alcohol awareness procedures.
• Open and close side work as directed and support opening/closing duties.

• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and deals with intoxicated guests.
• Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
• Stocks and cleans glassware through the operation and maintenance of the glass washer and sanitizer.
• Performs opening and closing side work, as directed.
