Kimpton Brice Hotel in Savannah seeks a bartender to deliver warm, hospitable service with Southern charm and modern sophistication. You will set up the bar, restock supplies, mix drinks, and handle POS transactions to ensure accurate guest charges.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, and count bank.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to handle knives, glassware, bottles, and stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper setup of the bar daily, including stock of beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
• Greet guests and promote/document drink orders.
• Mixes and presents drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Input orders at POS and balance all beverages served.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate beverage rules.
