Job Duties

1. Performing all aspects of opening and closing procedures necessary for the successful operation of business conducted.
2. Responsibly handling alcoholic beverages and serving guests.
3. Requisitioning all service-related products and equipment.
4. Creating, delivering, and closing guest checks and charges.
5. Accurately completing day ending reports and deposits.
6. Maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
2. Must be able to pass RAMP certification test within the probation period.
3. Must have strong guest service skills.
4. Must have experience in serving alcoholic beverages.

Job Demands

1. Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
2. The ability to communicate effectively in a loud environment.
3. Shift hours include 11am-6pm, 5pm-1am weekends, holidays and late evenings.
4. This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
