Job Duties

1. Arrange room service carts professionally and maintain supplies.
2. Know the menu and related items thoroughly.
3. Understand the room service process to assist and answer guest questions.
4. Perform basic mathematics as needed.
5. Operate the Point of Service System responsibly for transactions.
6. Handle guest concerns professionally.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must complete RAMP training and pass the test within the probation period.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to operate the POS system and perform basic math.
• Responsibility for handling cash, credit, and room charges.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication with staff and guests.

Job Demands

• Shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM; weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work safely and professionally.
• Other shifts may be required based on operational needs.
• This is a union position; schedule based on seniority, including evenings and weekends.
