This position involves transporting food and beverage items to guests via room service and related functions.

Job Duties

1. Arrange room service carts professionally and maintain supplies.
2. Know the menu and related items thoroughly.
3. Understand the room service process to assist guests effectively.
4. Perform basic mathematics as needed.
5. Operate the Point of Service System responsibly for transactions.
6. Address guest concerns professionally.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete RAMP training and pass the required test during probation.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Operate the Point of Sale system and perform elementary math.
• Handle cash, credit card, and room charges responsibly.
• Maintain organizational skills in paperwork and work area.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests.

Job Demands

• Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; weekends and holidays required.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and push up to 40 lbs.
• Work safely and professionally.
• Other shifts may be required based on operational needs.
• This is a union position; schedule depends on union seniority, including evenings and weekends.
