The role involves serving beverages and food, promoting retail pastry sales and gift basket programs in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, adhering to The Hotel Hershey guidelines.

Job Duties

1. Serve beverages and food orders, promote retail pastry sales and gift baskets professionally.
2. Operate and maintain the espresso machine.
3. Know the Chef's Market food and beverage menu.
4. Ensure quality and presentation of coffee orders.
5. Handle phone calls.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old or older.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Represent property image in line with The Hotel Hershey standards.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong guest service skills.
• Use telephone and computer systems properly.

Job Demands

• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., bend, and reach without restrictions.
• This is a union position; work hours depend on union seniority, likely including evenings and weekends.
