Job Duties

• Arrange room service carts professionally and maintain supplies.
• Know the menu and related items thoroughly.
• Understand the room service process to assist guests and answer questions.
• Complete basic mathematics.
• Operate the Point of Service System.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Pass the alcohol server test (RAMP) during probation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Operate POS system and perform basic math.
• Manage cash, credit, and room charges responsibly.
• Organize paperwork and work area efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with staff.

Job Demands

• Work hours: 6 am to 3 pm; weekends and holidays required.
• Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work safely and professionally.
• Schedule based on union seniority, including weekends and evenings.
