The Longboard Sullivan’s Island is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program and mentor a large bar team in a high-volume, coastal dining setting. You will help shape a creative, Caribbean-inspired cocktails program and ensure consistent, high-level guest service.

Responsibilities include managing costs, inventory, and menu standards while coaching staff to elevate performance and retention. This role requires flexible hours, leadership presence, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Proven ability to manage beverage programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to beverage program education for staff.
• Train bartenders in the Ballast Way and menu standards.
• Maintain staffing plans and assist with interviewing/hiring.
