The Longboard Sullivan’s Island is seeking a Barback to support our vibrant bar program and busy service environment. You will help keep wells stocked, ice and garnishes ready, and assist bartenders while delivering warm, guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, warm service to guests and support bar operations.
• Assist bar team with stocking, ice, garnishes, and supplies to keep service smooth.
• Contribute to bar prep and maintain cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Support floor team and assist with delivering food to tables when needed.
• Maintain compliance with health department regulations and ensure a pristine bar area.
