Responsibilities

• Speak fluently about ingredients, sourcing, and preparation to guide guest selections.
• Uphold our service playbook to keep the quality high and the experience seamless.
• Ensure every pour and garnish is precise for consistency.
• Represent Ballast standards in quality and presentation of drinks.
• Pour responsibly and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quick drink delivery across all dining areas.
• Navigate the POS accurately for swift order and payment processing.
• Prioritize timely service and check in with guests.
• Keep a clean, organized bar and comply with health regulations.
• Deliver accurate billing and smooth payments.
• Maintain professional, open communication with the team.
• Work with management to resolve guest feedback or operational challenges.
• Prep garnishes, ice, and syrups to stay ready for rushes.
• Show up in dress code and bring energy to every shift.
