The Longboard Sullivan’s Island is seeking a dynamic server to join our hospitality-driven team. You’ll deliver attentive service in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, share knowledge of menu items and ingredients, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverages.
• Punctual, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct the guest journey from first sip to last bite.
• Provide fast, friendly, and thoughtful service that makes guests feel welcome.
• Explain ingredients, sourcing, allergens, and menu items.
• Perform opening/closing duties for smooth daily operations.
• Anticipate guest needs and check in without interrupting flow.
• Rotate and reset stations to match service rhythm.
• Keep guest areas clean and organized at all times.
• Communicate professionally with all team members.
• Prepare stations and stay ahead of rushes during service.
• Collaborate with management to resolve guest feedback or issues.
• Handle POS accurately and ensure correct billing.
