Social Cantina in Indianapolis is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar program and the team, delivering a welcoming guest experience. You will shape the bar by pairing beverage knowledge with thoughtful leadership and coach the team to improve service and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, beverage quality, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with the General Manager. Expect a structured, growth-focused environment with clear performance goals.

Social Cantina | Bar Manager

$55,000–$57,000 annually Salaried leadership role

At Social Cantina, we are looking for leaders who can bring people together around a welcoming guest experience and a team culture built on energy, care, and accountability. As Bar Manager, you will shape the experience behind the bar by pairing beverage knowledge with thoughtful team leadership. We want someone who sees opportunities to improve service, develop bartenders, and make the operation stronger—and who is comfortable bringing those ideas forward.

What you’ll make happen

Compensation, benefits & scheduling

Annual salary: $55,000–$57,000. Benefits include:

Managers generally work about 45–55 hours per week, with actual hours varying based on restaurant needs, traffic, and events. General Managers and their management teams build their schedules, allowing flexibility to plan for personal commitments while ensuring appropriate coverage. PTO remains available under company policy.
