Job summary

Social Cantina in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support your team, and collaborate with the General Manager to strengthen service and restaurant performance.

Social Cantina | Assistant Manager

At Social Cantina, we are looking for leaders who can bring people together around a welcoming guest experience and a team culture built on energy, care, and accountability. As an Assistant Manager, you will help turn great hospitality into an everyday experience. You will lead shifts, support your team, and work closely with the General Manager to strengthen service and restaurant performance. Your judgment and ideas matter here.

Compensation, benefits & scheduling

Annual salary: $50,000-$54,000. Benefits include:

Managers generally work about 45-55 hours per week, with actual hours varying based on restaurant needs, traffic, and events. General Managers and their management teams build their schedules, allowing flexibility to plan for personal commitments while ensuring appropriate coverage. PTO remains available under company policy.
