Job summary

Highball Social Club in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a focus on our bar program. As the Restaurant Manager, you will report to the General Manager and oversee the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being, hire, train, and lead staff to meet high standards.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with prior restaurant management experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous restaurant management experience is required or highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
• Ability to stay calm and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent management and leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term goals for the restaurant.
